Manco Go Karts

Any avid go kart fan knows the name of Manco. Manco Power Sports is based in Fort Wayne, Ind., and has been manufacturing go karts for 32 years, making them the oldest manufacturer of go karts in the world. Manco offers models for beginners, intermediates, and advanced riders.

Beginners
There are several beginner models that are specifically designed for first-time drivers. They are less expensive than their big brothers and are meant for flat, even terrain. One of the most popular beginner karts manufactured by Manco is the Bandit. This kart is designed for children aged 6-11 and has a maximum speed of 10 mph.

For the older beginner, there is Manco's Critter II. This kart is designed for ages 12 and up, but not quite adult size. It reaches speeds of approximately 24 mph. All beginner models are equipped with band brakes and seat belts.

Intermediates
For those riders who are ready to graduate from the beginner level, these karts offer better performance. They are recommended for ages 12 and up and only if the driver has had previous go kart experience. The intermediate karts are able to travel up steeper hills and reach higher speeds than the beginner models. The Manco Quicksilver 2X5 model reaches approximate speeds of 28 mph.

Advanced
These go karts are for serious thrill seekers! Designed specifically for experienced teens and adults, they are equipped with many advanced go kart features. Some of the features include 10 ground clearance for rough terrain, swing arm rear suspension and disc brakes. The Manco XTK-713E model is a dual kart that can reach speeds of approximately 38 mph.

Safety
The Manco company strives to offer only safe products. They work along side the Consumer Product Safety Commission to ensure their products are always built of the safest components. Features like brush bars and seat belts are added for optimal rider safety. All Manco models are clearly marked for age appropriateness and weight limits.

With over 30 years in the business, Manco has the experience and expertise you want when purchasing a go kart for you or your family. When you think of go karts, think of Manco.
